Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process personal data you voluntarily provide (for example through the contact form or the EiR application form) to reply to your enquiry, evaluate your candidacy, and, where you opt in explicitly, to send you our newsletter. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for newsletter sign-up, and our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) for replying to enquiries that you initiate.
Means of processing
Data is processed electronically by authorised personnel and trusted external providers (such as our hosting and form-storage providers) acting as data processors under written agreements. We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
Communication and disclosure
Your data may be shared with third-party service providers (for example email delivery, analytics, or hosting) strictly for the purposes described above. We do not sell your data. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, transfers are protected by adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Retention

Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Cookie-related data is retained up to one year unless otherwise specified.
